Dreaming.....

If I was a flower.....

The last week or so has been rather challenging at best... I won't go into it except to say, that, today I brought these to cheer up the house.... 

My husband brought this to cheer up the garden.... 

 

And Charlie well.... he just slept.... inside...  because he doesn't like it outside very much !!!

If I were a flower...  I would live in our garden, sleep on our couch and love being in our vase!!!

A small slice of paradise...

A little piece of heaven...

A small sample of beauty...

Mr M and I have returned from our small holiday.  This is a small sample of what we enjoyed while we were away.  We have both come back renewed and relaxed for the year ahead.  We are also day dreaming of a time that we can return for some more of the peace and tranquility that we have discovered.  

Eternally dreaming of a time when we can return to live forever.....

Its beginning to feel.....

It's beginning to feel a little bit like Christmas at our house.  We spent last night putting up the tree and sitting back admiring the finished project.  I spent the afternoon wrapping presents and writing out our Christmas Cards.  

Every year there seems to be less and less Christmas Spirit floating around, but this year I have managed to capture just a very small piece of Christmas Spirit, it is all wrapped up in under our tree.

I also made a batch of Almond Biscotti this afternoon, this was a failure... But Mr M refuses to allow me to throw it away.  It tastes beautiful... but looks a little worse for ware.

Yesterday was a friend of ours birthday and his God Daughter had her little boy there.  An absolute treasure.  He was so much fun.
